“My daughter is 6 years old and dances competitively with MJ’s Sidekicks, the youngest team at our studio. Besides this team, many of the other dancers, & studio taking first place at the 2021 Nationals in Cape Cod, there was so much more that we took from this experience.

Our studio is truly a family. Families and dancers help one another at all times. My favorite being the relationship between the older students and dancers my daughters age. They are all so caring. Our dancers also make us so proud by cheering for EVERYONE on stage regardless of what studio they are from. We are so thankful to have had this experience and be a part of such an exciting, successful, & prideful time for MJ’s House of Dance at the 2021 The Royal Dance Competition Nationals in Cape Cod. It was an event that will never be forgotten!”

This is my daughter’s 1st year at MJ's House of Dance. To reflect on these past few months about the family we've inherited, the bond the boys, girls and parents have created and OMG the support system that is in place. It brings tears of joy to my eyes.

But let’s get to the DANCING, Choreography, competition (Diamond, Platinum and 1st overall in Sania’s category awards), increase of self-confidence, self-esteem, photographs, fun, activities, & trips. Wow, my daughter received all of this from MJ's House of Dance during a pandemic? Yes, while wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.

“I am a first-year company dancer at MJ’s House of Dance

….and the short time that I’ve been here has opened my eyes to endless possibilities in the dance world. Many of the dancers and I came from a studio that closed due to the pandemic, and we felt so lost. After researching, we found MJ’s House of Dance. Seeing the words “progressive” and “more than just dance” written in the studios Instagram bio gave me a feeling of comfort and excitement. Little did I know it would give me everything I needed and more. I was really scared to start something new, but after taking a few private lessons and workshops, I already knew that this would lead me to so many new opportunities.

MJ makes the studio feel just like home and treats all the dancers like her own kids. She really lets her passion and love for dance shine through. Within the few months that I have been at the studio, I have already been involved in a music video, a photo shoot, a choreography class, traveled to competition, an in-house competition, and so much more. MJ keeps us on our feet (literally), and always has something exciting for us to look forward to. The teaching staff is amazing, and they always have something new to teach us. I feel so beyond lucky to be at this studio, and to make the most of my senior dance year with such great people surrounding me. I have learned to live in the moment, and to truly feel my emotions through dance, which is one of the most valuable lessons as a dancer. I would encourage any dancer to come to MJ’s House of Dance. The opportunities are limitless!”
